HEBEI CITTI MESH CO.,LTD has widened its Perforated Metal Wire Mesh line to 47 references, adding Hastelloy perforated screens for chemical separation duty, sandblasting stainless steel tube, ornamental coloured sheet and electro-galvanised ceiling mesh alongside its established 304, 316 and 430 stainless sheet programme.

Perforated metal performance depends almost entirely on hole accuracy: open area, hole size and pitch determine flow, acoustics, strength and appearance. CITTI Mesh punches on CNC-controlled lines with round, square, slotted, hexagonal and decorative patterns, holding hole position tolerance tightly enough for stacked filter packs and acoustic panels. Custom Tooling and Production Lead Times

Standard round, square, slotted and hexagonal patterns are produced from existing tooling, so repeat orders and stock references are available quickly. Where a project calls for a bespoke pattern, CITTI Mesh reviews the drawing, confirms minimum open area and edge margins, and produces a sample panel for approval before committing to the full run. Typical production for standard patterns runs from two to four weeks depending on quantity and finishing, with powder coating or anodising adding a further few days. For architectural work, panels can be supplied with protective film on one or both faces, edge-trimmed and flat, ready for framing. Chemical and filtration buyers receive hole-size verification data with the shipment.

Ordering

Buyers can specify hole diameter, pitch, arrangement, sheet size, material grade and finish; CITTI Mesh returns a drawing for approval. For filter and strainer work, the team also advises on the relationship between hole size and the particle rating required downstream.
